A Malaysian passenger airliner with 295 people on board crashed in Ukraine near the Russian border, Interfax cited an aviation industry source as saying on Thursday.

The planes were in roughly the same sector of airspace over WARSAW. The BUK has a tracking system that can acquire aircraft at a distance of max 42km. The distance from launcher location on the eastern Ukrainian border to Warsaw airspace is WAY more than 42km.

Since all the media does is speculate I’m going to do some speculatin’. I think the pilot crashed it on purpose. Why?No smoke trail and not communication with the pilot as the plane was dropping.
I don’t think so...they got some heavy duty Grads and other military equipment within these past few weeks and days....and likely those who can operate them I suspect. So they aren’t out to get Putin.

Neither the black box (flight data recorder) nor the cockpit flight recorder will be of much value in determining the cause. They can only eliminate aircraft malfunction.
