Defense Minister of Ukraine Valeriy Geletey instructed to develop the concept of creation in Ukraine of the Swiss militia model - where the army is every citizen of the state. This broadcast Espreso.TV said Adviser to the Minister of Defense Alexander Danyluk, said Gazeta.ua.

Just read an article by Richard Maybury (June Early Warning Report) on some characteristics of Swiss model:

1. Neutrality
2. Militia - no fear of guns
3. Every citizen is a potential sniper
4. Swiss in other nations are potential snipers / assassins of high-level targets

The Swiss model is great for defense, but not offense.

Thanks you for corrections. I don’t have much time. My 94 year old Mom with Alzheimer’s is not doing well today & husband having biopsy... my car, & 3 teens cars broke done, flat tires.. go figure!
