Another thing the House could do is order the House Sergeant at Arms to arrest and imprison Lerner and Holder for Contempt of Congress. Then haul up all of Obama's other minions and have them testify about their bosses perfidy. When they lie put them in the Capitol Hill clink too. Put enough in jail and there will no one left willing to carry out Obama's illegal orders.
