I’ve read a lot of comments on the Costco and Sam’s Club Facebook page over the past 24 hours and there is an exodus from Costco by tons of people that are starting new memberships over at Sam’s Club. I wonder why there is literally no mention of BJ’s Wholesale Club as around here there are just as successful as Sam’s Club. Any reason why Sam’s is the go to place in spite of Costco?
I imagine it’s because a lot of people are in the same boat I am. This is the first time I’ve ever heard of BJ’s. We don’t have them around here.
BJ’s I heave heard of but never seen..
I think they are more regional. Sams is nation wide.
What’s a BJ’s?
I’ve never heard of BJ’s Wholesale Club. Perhaps it doesn’t have stores in So. California. We tried Sam’s Club, but it doesn’t have a gas station, and the meat isn’t as good, so for us it’s not as good a deal. Does BJ’s sell gas?
Sam’s has the most stores nationwide, Costco is second, but I don’t believe there are anywhere near as many BJ’s stores nationwide. Where I live, we only have Sam’s and BJ’s, but more people go to Sam’s even though the prices, selection and coupon policy are better at BJ’s. I guess the people are just more familiar with Sam’s.
Never heard of BJ’s till now...I’m in Michigan.
...”I wonder why there is literally no mention of BJs Wholesale Club as around here there are just as successful as Sams Club. Any reason why Sams is the go to place in spite of Costco?”...
Could it be that BJ’s Club is not in as many locations as Sam’s Club?
Those people dropping Costco for Sam’s will be back when they see how crappy Sam’s Club is.
The BJ’s chain isn’t nationwide. Sam’s Club is.
