ANN: Great. Well, we have some interesting news. My husband Eddie is on the phone with us. We live in Southern California, and we're Catholic, active Catholics in our community, and there was a town hall meeting last evening, emergency meeting called by our local parish priest, ordered by our bishop (unintelligible) and the Archdiocese of San Bernardino. They have made the decision that they're going to absorb the immigrants that are coming through because the federal government called the bishop's office on Monday and they're gonna be busing these immigrants to our communities and asking us to open our homes and to house them for up to a month. The church will reimburse us for any out-of-pocket expenses and we were told not to talk to anybody about it, especially the media. I'm not especially happy about it. My husband is a retired doctor, and he will share his concerns with you regarding this matter. Eddie, do you want to go ahead and talk about your thoughts?

There was an incident a few years ago where a church gave “sanctuary” to a bunch of illegals and had them living in their homes.
A preacher’s wife was brutally raped by the teenager they hosted. Several members of the congregation were angered when she called the police and pressed charges. They believed the “Christian” thing for her to do would be to forgive him and let him stay.
I tried to find the story but it seems to have disappeared down the “memory whole.”
If the government pays the Church for this than what’s the difference?

I heard them….they were clueless. You pulled one little teeny transcript out of a long long conversation. The housing of them in private homes was maybe a thousandth of the entire conversation.

And try getting rid of them after that month. I read where lice were coming down the faces of those kids. What country would let their kids suffer like that?? Oh, well, just send them to the most hated country in the world. They’ll take care of them.

actually as I was reading the article I thought Eddie and Ann had called Rush to say they had stood up to their bishop and fellow Catholics and neighbors and said NO.
and they wanted his reassurance they did the right thing..
It was confusing to realize after awhile that Eddie and Ann were going to go along with the un-American plan and roll over like good little lemmings...
The next question has to be Why on Earth did they call Rush ???

But that's the rub. Nothing is too evil, despicable, or outrageous for this admin. After all, DHS coyotes are busing and dispersing these invaders into our nation as fast as they can, so why wouldn't they try to spread a lice plague to Americans as well.
How many kids didn't actually have lice until they were intentionally housed in filth and squalor on the US side of the border.
This is some kind of malodorous alternate universe, with reverse Ellis Islands opened to process and bring in crime and disease, not turn them away.
