[SCOTUS rules 9-0 against Obama seizing food from farmers]This is but one absurdity that Marvin and his wife Laura have faced during their decade-long legal battle with the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).
If their battle started in 2003, I don't think we can blame the policy on Obama.

FWIW, there's very little that can be blamed just on Obama, and most people on FR don't think that. Education interference goes back to George 1. Manipulation of foreign governments has been a constant since George 1. And the things that are very wrong now? Most (immigration, creating situations where terrorists thrive, the out of control NSA, the debt) were started with GWB, put on steroids by Obama.
I blame us....the constitutional conservatives.....for voting for the "lesser of two evils" throughout these decades, rather than demanding quality candidates who support the US and our constitution.

You’re right. There are plenty of stupid Fed Gov policies that precede the Obama admin.

Since it dates back to the Great Depression, I think we can safely blame Franky Roosevelt and his merry band of socialist.

This policy actually started as part of FDR’s New Deal.
