'So sue me,' he dares in a Rose Garden speech on Tuesday that he intends to expand, not reduce, his use of unilateral actions to circumvent Congress.
The unanimous decision of the Supreme Court late last month that President Obama violated the separation of powers in appointing officials is the type of decision that usually concentrates the mind of a chief executive.
Obama, however, appeared to double down on his strategy stating in a Rose Garden speech on Tuesday that he intended to expand, not reduce, his use of unilateral actions to circumvent Congress.
Summing up his position, the President threw down the gauntlet at Congress: So sue me.
The moment was reminiscent of George W. Bushs taunting Iraqi insurgents over 10 years ago by saying, Bring em on.
It was irresponsible bravado from a man who was not himself at the receiving end of IEDs and constant attacks that would go on to cost us thousands of military personnel. I imagine some lawyers at the Justice Department may feel the same way about Obamas sue me taunt. They are the ones being hammered in federal courts over sweeping new interpretations and unilateral executive actions.
The renewed promise to go it alone is a familiar refrain from this President. He even pledged to take unilateral action to circumvent Congress in front of both Houses, in his State of the Union address this year to the curious delight of half of Congress, which applauded wildly at the notion of being made irrelevant.

Obama is going to become more and more obstinate, destructive and dangerous.
Jonathan Turley has stepped, ever so temporarily, outside the plantation.
The Bush reference will give him cover. He is just taunting by insinuating “we thought it was OK then” even though Bush was talking to those we were in battle with, not those who represent the people of this country.
I’m waiting for him to say “ so impeach me”.

——Im waiting for him to say so impeach me.——
In truth, that is what he is saying, but there is no one in congress that has the courage. He is truly mocking them, they deserve it.
Agreed. Congress is largely impotent. It becomes increasingly obvious that both parties in congress care about their personal wealth and power above the will of the people. To paraphrase the declaration of independence congress has become “destructive” of our unalienable rights. And we all know where the declaration goes from there.

“SO SUE ME” ??
Who does he think he is, Nathan Detroit? Naww, he’s too foreign (and stupid) (and maybe young) to know who Nathan Detroit is.
“Whitehouse is no place for a crackhead.”
He ignores the problems in his life just like a drug addict.
His leadership style reveals that he continues to get stoned regularly.

“World leaders heard Obama say, So sue me. He acts like a ten year old. How can anyone take him seriously?”
Sometime ago I saw a collage of Obama making childish gestures. Imagine when putting your middle finger beside your nose and arching your index finger was funny. Age five to ten, I’d guess. I remember many of the collage stills when they were on video live, so they aren’t photo-shopped. Then he has himself photographed talking on the phone with Netanyahu so that the soles of his shoes are the most prominent thing in the shot. That’s a huge insult in middle eastern culture. Again, we see the boyish “secret” gesture. This isn’t some isolated holdover in his mentality. This is who he is, an arrested development child in a man’s body.
That's one definition of homosexuality.
