Minor correction....I was not comparing the Plame case and the Lerner case in any way, shape or form. I was pointing out the media person involved who took the Fifth, but ended up going into the clink anyhow.

So, Mizz Lerner may not escape jail time by taking the Fifth as a protection.

Agreed. Plame was much ado about nothing. The Lerner affair is a criminal conspiracy involving high federal officers.
