Ok, this is just the germination of the plan.
We have independent units from the Bolinas Border Patrol and the Central Valley Citizens militia joining forces with independent citizens militia units of Texas to defend our southern border in Texas, to protest Obama's lawless open borders policies and to rally support for Governor Perry to officially call out Guard units and Texas militia units at his disposal to defend the border!! Lawsuits will not cut it. The invasion is happening now. Action must be taken NOW!!
FReepers, Patriots, Militia members: Prepare to answer the call!!
Great Idea ,We need a PATCH!
Long Live America!
I hope when theOath Keepers get there they will school Texas sheriffs on their power and responsibility.
Perry should be hounded by huge mobs of angry citizens everyday, in his office and everywhere he shows his face in public, until he calls out the State Guard and State Militia and declare a State of Emergency or a State of Invasion under Article 4, section 7 of the Texas Constitution. If he fails to do so in a timely manner he should be impeached and removed from office. Our country hangs in the balance and this is no time for half measures.
Exactly what activities were funded, repelling invasion or facilitating invasion?
We all know the answer.
Plus California is home to the Ronald Reagan Library. A great patriotic site.
Roger That.
Arm bands would be more functional.
The 1.3 million per week is to fund DPS enforcement along the border region for the remainder of the year. This would include interdiction, vaccinations, detention and so forth.
Granted, I'd like to see the military on the border, but gotta give’em some credit for responding. Better than a sharp stick in the eye.
When the Texas Legislature comes back into session (prefer a special session), border security will be top priority.
>> interdiction, vaccinations, detention and so forth.
No mention of repelling invasion. The invaders will be turned over to fedgov for distribution throughout the United States.

Tex. Gov. Code Sec. 431.001 http://www.statutes.legis.state.tx.us/Docs/GV/htm/GV.431.htm#431.001
Tex. Const. art. 4, § 7 http://www.statutes.legis.state.tx.us/Docs/CN/htm/CN.4.htm#4.7
U.S. Const. art. IV, § 4 mandates the Federal government protect states against Invasion. The Federal government has not performed.
U.S. Const. art. I, § 10 No State shall, without the Consent of Congress, lay any Duty of Tonnage, keep Troops, or Ships of War in time of Peace, enter into any Agreement or Compact with another State, or with a foreign Power, or engage in War, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent Danger as will not admit of delay.
U.S. Const. amend. X The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
All States retain the right to self defense. The Federal government has refused to provide for the common defense, the raison d'etre for the Federal government. The States must repel invasion or the people will.
God bless and God speed, Mr. Robinson. Please stay safe, and take very good care of your health. Prayers up.
I do know that the Department of Public Safety is a pretty effective group. Hopefully they'll setup checkpoints and such.
One thing we have to take in mind, State law enforcement is NOT allowed to conduct operations on federal land, the border. When state officials capture illegals, they are not allowed to just march’em across the international bridge back into Laredo.
Beautiful!
prayers are going with you.
Ray,
From kvue.com a report by Mark Wiggins on federal and state actions in response to the border crises: I’ve excerpted the portion that quotes the Texas DPS Director:
“Texas is spending $1.3 million a week on saturation patrols, rerouting Department of Public Safety and other law enforcement resources to the Rio Grande Valley to work 12-hour shifts focusing on interdiction. Much of the money is going to overtime, fuel and transportation costs.
“I want to give one message right here to the Gulf Cartel who controls this corridor,” DPS director Steve McCraw testified before a Thursday field hearing of the U.S. House Homeland Security Committee in McAllen. “Hey, we’re going to pour troopers and Texas Rangers and agents into this area until they shut down. And they’ll shut down, I guarantee it.” “
This was testified to in public before a U.S. House Homeland Security Committee hearing held in McAllen.
You asked what is the newly appropriated money being spent for and I report what is said.
I’m not on the ground there to see for myself.
DPS head vows to shut down the particular cartel he says is behind this.
Says resources will be poured in there until it is.
Attack Perry or other aspects of our state all you want.
Such words roll off of me.
All that matters is action in the coming days and results if any.
“Fantastic! The real revolution is on its way.”
I’m not ready yet! I’m still trapped in Mexifornia...
“I keep monitoring these drop-points. If any buses or flights are planned to deposit these illegals anywhere within a radius of a hundred miles from where I am, Im ready to hit the road and join any and every protest. Even if I have to initiate it.”
How do you find out? I feel I have the need to know as well, to be ready to take action.
“A thought, will the Obama regime turn its guns on yall as they allow the illegals across the border??”
If they do, that will be the shot heard around the world.
