Ok, this is just the germination of the plan.
We have independent units from the Bolinas Border Patrol and the Central Valley Citizens militia joining forces with independent citizens militia units of Texas to defend our southern border in Texas, to protest Obama's lawless open borders policies and to rally support for Governor Perry to officially call out Guard units and Texas militia units at his disposal to defend the border!! Lawsuits will not cut it. The invasion is happening now. Action must be taken NOW!!

If the county sheriffs showed up WITH the militia the feds would have a problem. If Perry sends the Texas Rangers to stand with the militia Obama has a big problem. Will Perry do anything but talk? Doubt it.

My ancestor, Samuel Hill, chose to stand... on April 19, 1775 as a Sergeant, later Captain, of the Harvard MA militia. He is recorded as responding to the Lexington Alarm, and Harvard is only about 13 miles from the field where the militia congregated above the Olde North Bridge, so I expect he was there. If not, later in the day he would have been shooting at the King's soldiers on the road back to Charlestown/Boston, possibly part of the group that ambushed the British column at Merriman's corner, since some of those are said to have marched 20 miles since 2 am, the ambush was sprung about 12:30.
General Gage, the British commander/governor in Boston soon wrote:
“The rebels are not the despicable rabble too many have supposed them to be, and I find it owing to a military spirit encouraged amongst them for a few years past, joined with an uncommon degree of zeal and enthusiasm

Before that day, Samuel Hill was doing what we are doing, as a member of the Committee of Correspondence. Although they were also organizing for the fight, should it come. Captain Hill was later joined in the fight by another ancestor, Ephraim Chaffin, who married Hill's daughter, Sarah. They are my 5th and 6th great grandparents.

Am I to understanding the Free Republic is now trying to call up citizens militias and organize them ?
Civilian protests are one thing, its fine and a time honored american past time. But if FR is now truly attempting to call up and trying to coordinate the calling up of armed protesters like we had in the desert recently then I cannot continue as a Freeper.

We are urging Governor Perry to officially call up the Texas National Guard and or the Texas State militia which are under his control to secure the Texas border (the source of the majority of this Obama led human trafficking/illegal alien invasion) as it’s absolutely obvious the president has no intention of securing the nation and the congress has no intention of impeaching him. Someone must act or we are done as a sovereign nation. Thanks.

A "past time?" Hmmph. The time has long gone for protests, rallies, and demonstrations. It is time for civil disobedience and calling up the militia, according to US Code.
"The militia of the United States consists of all able-bodied males at least 17 years of age and, except as provided in section 313 of title 32, under 45 years of age who are, or who have made a declaration of intention to become, citizens of the United States and of female citizens of the United States who are members of the National Guard. (br) The classes of the militia are—
(1) the organized militia, which consists of the National Guard and the Naval Militia; and
(2) the unorganized militia, which consists of the members of the militia who are not members of the National Guard or the Naval Militia."
You sound like you would have been okay with King George and all his tyrannical demands on the colonists back when. Guess what? You now have another tyrannical despot named Barack Obama. He has failed to enforce so many laws; failed to support American nationalism; failed miserably with international support of our Allies while bowing to Muslim kings; actually breaks Congressional law with his pen; and has put you and me and my children under the heavy-handed BIG GOVERNEMENT that robs us of our liberties from cradle to grave.
It will be interesting when you get a life threatening ailment that you can no longer get the care you once had. What will you say then about the American Patriots who are fighting against such?
