Not only does he refuse to enforce the law, but he openly invites this flood of illegal aliens to illegally cross the border into America while forcing the border patrol to stand down, and he looks to his criminal regime to give them safe harbor. Now he wants to dump them on the states against the will of the people. This is high crimes and treason and he must be held accountable. Obama is the most unlawful president ever! Congress must impeach!!

Congress, especially the Reps, allowed Obama to get away with his backdoor amnesty, i.e., Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA). So far, 540,000 applicants have been approved, given legal status, work permits, and SSNs. Up to 1.8 million are eligible. Here is the real kicker: The approval rate is 99.5% for the applicants. ICE is pushing these people thru without any real checking or investigation. Is it any wonder that the word has spread that you can get here and be legalized?

Guidelines

You may request DACA if you:

1. Were under the age of 31 as of June 15, 2012;

2. Came to the United States before reaching your 16th birthday;

3. Have continuously resided in the United States since June 15, 2007, up to the present time;

4. Were physically present in the United States on June 15, 2012, and at the time of making your request for consideration of deferred action with USCIS;

5. Had no lawful status on June 15, 2012;

6. Are currently in school, have graduated or obtained a certificate of completion from high school, have obtained a general education development (GED) certificate, or are an honorably discharged veteran of the Coast Guard or Armed Forces of the United States; and

7. Have not been convicted of a felony, significant misdemeanor,or three or more other misdemeanors, and do not otherwise pose a threat to national security or public safety.

Age Guidelines

Anyone requesting DACA must have been under 31 years old as of June 15, 2012. You must also be at least 15 years or older to request DACA, unless you are currently in removal proceedings or have a final removal or voluntary departure order,

The schools have no choice when it comes to providing K-12 education. The Supreme Court made that mandatory with Plyler vs Doe in 1982. In Fairfax County, Virginia they pay $104 million a year for ESOL instruction for 31,000 students.

That 1982 Supreme Court ruling is the reason we need Constitutional amendments like the following to try to control illegal immigration:

1. "School attendance: Only citizens, legal residents, those with special student visas can attend elementary, high school, and colleges in the United States."

2. "One parent must be a citizen before a newborn child is given automatic citizenship."

3. Felony: We must finally declare that crossing the border illegally is a felony.

Illegal parents come to the United States for the wonderful benefits that their children can receive, like a quality education and great health care. Can you blame them for making the dangerous, long trip with their young children, or sending their children by themselves with the hope that the United States will automatically let them stay?

I don't understand how a child can illegally cross the southern border one day and automatically be eligible to enroll in public school the next day. That is wrong.

Yes, there have been many failures over the years and any one of our past several presidents could have been impeached for their refusals to defend our borders.

Path to citizenship? Over the last several decades, millions have been here and have been having children born here. Every day more of those children become old enough to vote here. They don't need a path to citizenship because they are citizens by birth. When they're old enough, they can even run for president.

Each and every day, more are born right here. Each is a citizen. They will all be here long after their parents are deported or die. And, they are now beginning to have children of their own. Born here. Citizens by birth.

It's baked into the cake and it's getting worse each day.

Kids being flown to Houston airport and transported to Dallas courtesy of a local Judge there, Dingbat Sheila Jackson Lee wanting to give the kids all a lollipop instead of deport them. What the heck is happening to our state. Who gave that Judge the authority to provide housing for illegals? Yes I’m steamed!

See my post #82. Obama has already orchestrated the biggest illegal invasion of the US with DACA. It is 540,000 and counting. Where was the outrage then? Obama was allowed to get away with his backdoor amnesty two years ago with very little resistance from Congress. Instead, Eric Cantor was bent on submitting his own version of DACA for passage by Congress.

In the years leading to WWII the people of Germany were prohibited to own guns other than as part of hunting clubs, and “hunting clubs” sprung up across the nation - sometimes during their training the future soldiers were given broom sticks in place of guns.

I prescribe a couple of big “camping trips”, maybe one in the American Redoubt and one along the border with Mexico ... complete with training sessions and presentations from professionals.

Campers with broom sticks could man military-style checkpoints to control traffic.

Basically I’m suggesting some “shows of force” that would also provide training and provide opportunites for networking - events that would let the political class know that the situation is escalating to the next level.

I don’t know if anybody has considered this yet, but this situation could be the one intended to invoke martial law. He’ll say that it’s necessary to root out the criminals and terrorists coming through the borders. He’ll militarize the borders and tell conservatives to shut up about it because this is what we asked for all along. He’ll nationalize the National Guard to take them out the control of governors. Curfews will be invoked and anyone caught with a weapon will be subject to arrest. Ammo sales will be suspended. Bank accounts will be frozen. Government payments will be discontinued. Federal agents will be sent to large cities to “support” local law enforcement. Elections will be cancelled. I won’t be surprised if some or all of this happens.
