MARIETTA, GA. A Georgia man who police say intentionally killed his toddler son by leaving the boy inside a hot SUV was exchanging nude photos with women the day his son died and had looked at websites that advocated against having children, a detective testified Thursday.
Cobb County Police Detective Phil Stoddard testified at a hearing that evidence showed Justin Ross Harris was practically leading a double life and should not be granted bond. Stoddard described the evidence police have suggesting Harris, who is charged with murder, killed his 22-month-old son Cooper intentionally.
Harris and his wife had two life insurance policies for the toddler, one for $2,000 and one for $25,000. Furthermore, Harris' wife had become unhappy with her husband's spending habits, Stoddard said.
Rut Roh.These to wackos will soon fry.
I have not heard about the mother, what is the story on her?
Will the death penalty be applicable here should charges be filed?

She’s supposedly in on it too.
My question here is whether the daycare center tried to contact her that morning to report that her son never got dropped off.
They could have given the toddler up for adoption. BASTARDS! They should feel the full force of the law......................
I wonder how long she sticks to her story now that she’s discovered how her husband was sexting other women while at work that day.
Nice to see that she can do two things at the same time.
Fox News reported that he went out to his car at lunchtime...presumably to check on the child and see if he was dead yet.
Not so sure. I’ve been watching the hearing and my opinion changed a lot on the defense questions. The lead case detective said a lot of things he used his position and demeanor to bolster.
On defense he was argumentative and arrogant and his deductions on a lot of things are what I’d call a bias. He is basing his whole case on the husbands online sexting
They, Cobb County first filed 1st degree child abuse, then 2nd degree and when the case lead latched onto the sexting they went to murder. Finally my impression of the detective is that he was unbelievably specific when it suited him but combative and Talking over the defense lawyer and fell back on no details because he hasn’t had time to review the tons of evidence.
At this point I’m not convinced of premeditated murder
I’m thinking that the wife was in on it with him — she goes the whole day without ever calling hubby and asking him if he dropped their toddler off okay.
And the daycare??? Nobody called the daycare — all day???
Poor child never had a chance, the media has not said hardly anything about the mother. Sounds like both parents need to be strapped in a hot car.
My bad. Somehow I thought this was in KY.
I can completely understand a frantic parent making a mistake, but going into bars, or casinos or strip joints or texting naked pics are not mistakes....its deliberate negligence...
who wants to see that naked?
people are so strange.
Murder One!
