I fear that the larger set of pro religious freedom cases and pro conservative cases already announced indicate that Hobby Lobby lost this case.
I think that is really sad.
The Greece decision and the Mass. Abortion bubble decision were both good for Christian liberty but I think that may have been the internal justice cost of rendering Hobby Lobby poorly.

Why are you predicting they’ll vote on behalf of ObamaCare, against HL?

God will make the ultimate decision.
I think He has given the US as a nation over to a reprobate mind because we as a nation have rejected Him in every way.
Persecution is coming upon the Church, and this could be the beginning.
If the court rules against Hobby Lobby, they will simply fold their tents and go home, leaving thousands more jobless and dependent on the nanny state.
I’m thinking that’s what’s gonna happen.

Robers for Hobby a week ago, switches to against 5 days ago, for 3 days ago, against 1 day ago, for right this second, and finally, against, 1 minute prior to reading the result at the bench.

I predict the liberals on the SCOTUS will flush your civil liberties right down the toilet.

A majority of the Supremes are bought and sold - corruption is absolute in all three branches now. And Soros has the most money.

The Court says that the government has failed to show that the mandate is the least restrictive means of advancing its interest in guaranteeing cost-free access to birth control.

Honestly, I hate the fact that the core of so many of our individual liberties hangs in the balance based on whatever the collective whim of nine justices in black robes happens to be at a given time. I continue to be very uncomfortable with how the judicial branch wields so much power to transform the entire culture from the bench.
