Why would the Democratic and Republican primary votes be listed on the same page? It looks more likely that these votes are for the original Republican primary and the runoff.
That doesn't look right. See the "REP" in upper left? Besides, why would original Dem voters be on a Rep list at all? What they have to check is the roster that lists every person that voted. There it is recorded which primary they voted in and when that vote was cast. At least that is how it works in Tennessee.
Who are they hiring to run the polling places if they allow this?

The problem is the Hinds County Republican Party in my opinion is dragging its feet in allowing access to “all” the voter information in a timely fashion to complete the audit.
It appears they are trying to run the clock out and certify the election results on Monday of next week preventing Chris McDaniel from completing an audit of the vote.
Please call the GOP at 601-948-5191 fax 601-354-0972 email info@msgop.org ask that they have an impartial member of the Hinds County Republican Committee oversee the audit, certification instead of the present county chairman.
Hinds County chair Pete Perry is wearing too many hats and can’t be impartial or fair.
In addition, ask Joe Nosef to ask the Republican county chairs across the state to hold off certification until a audit can be completed

These three voters cited broke the law and should pay with jail and fine. But it won’t happen, the people of MS wouldn’t allow it.

We know where this is leading. The Obama feds are on a hair trigger to send in the FBI to prosecute McDaniel for anything they can make up.
There was a democratic runoff in the extreme northeastern part of Hinds County on June 24. Mississippi’s 3rd Congressional District includes the northeast corner of Hinds County. There was a runoff between Doug Magee and Dennis Quinn. I would guess the photo of the ballot page everyone is referencing is a photo of a poll book from one of those precincts.
