I’m sure hoping, but “Breaking” doesn’t usually mean crap if Drudge doesn’t have it there; he scrutinizes validity. Yeah, he ain’t a perfect conservative; I don’t need a lecture.

The DEM primary was on the same day the GOP primary was. The sheet is puportedly one for registered DEMs, so shows a vote in the DEM primary (which had no runoff), then a vote in the GOP runoff.

The column on the left is where the voter voted in Democrat primary on June 3rd 2014. The column on the right is where that same voter voted in the Republican run off on June 24th 2014. That doesn't look right. See the "REP" in upper left? Besides, why would original Dem voters be on a Rep list at all? What they have to check is the roster that lists every person that voted. There it is recorded which primary they voted in and when that vote was cast. At least that is how it works in Tennessee.

Carol McCarthy, commenting on the original Facebook image, as someone who worked polls, states along the top, out of view of the photo, it reads ‘DEMOCRAT’
To: don-o
Yeah, that’s what I thought. Jumping on “evidence” that doesn’t mean what you think it means will just end up making you look foolish, folks.

I was a McDaniel primary campaign donor. I have not yet received an email asking for a donation to help fund the fraud investigation.

Who they voted for is immaterial.
The point is that a voter who participates in one party’s primary is not, by law, allowed to vote in another party’s runoff.
That makes the Tuesday ballot of any such voter invalid, regardless of how it was marked. The vote doesn’t move from one candidate’s total to the other’s, but is thrown out.
