There were 24,889 votes cast in Hinds County in the runoff17,927 were for Cochran and 6,962 were for McDanielbut only 20,567 Republican voters are listed in Hinds County, according to the well-known Labels and Lists Voter Data Base. The extraordinarily high turnout in Hinds County is much more than what happened in Hinds County in the primary just a few weeks ago, when 16,640 total votes were cast10,928 for Cochran and 5,621 for McDaniel.
When asked if that seems a bit off, Cole responded: Right.
I noticed in his speech, McDaniel said dozens of irregularities, Cole said. So I suspect hell look into some of the bigger counties like Hinds, Madison, maybe Bolivar up in the north deltathey had a big turnout. Forrest is always a placethats where the contested mayors race was last year. They went to court and it had to be done over because of irregularities. So, Forrest could be a place to lookbut I dont know where all these irregularities could be.

Yeah it will be hard to deny a Senate majority to keep the establishment from cheating us again.
A recount wont work in this case.
The assumption isnt that ballot boxes were stuffed, its that Dems who voted in the Dem primary crossed over to give Cochrane his winning margin.
If thats proved, the only possible recourse is another election. Because of the secret ballot, you cant just throw out Cochrane votes. That would mean you not only knew that Dem double-dip votes went for him, but could also quantfy them.
Cochranes done, tho. Conservatives wont just come home to him after this, and the Blacks who crossed over yesterday WILL run home to the Dems in the November general election."
Anytime dems and RINOs are involved there is ballot stuffing and illegal vote casting.
One hates to ask, but why weren’t the Mississippi Boards of Election prepared for this possibility by having lists of which party primary (if any) the voters had voted in the first time?
It wouldn'tt be hard, but the Republicans dont want to. They want to make sure the Republican candidate is a RINO.
McDaniel can start with Hinds County and compare the votes of people who voted in the Rat primary and may have voted again last night.
Voters do have to be registered to vote and also have to give their names when they go to vote. If they voted in the Rat primary and in the run off as well, their votes in the run off are invalid - regardless of whether they voted for Cochran or McDaniel.
The rule is in place to prevent one party from skewing the results of another party’s run off.
This process would take time, but given the circumstances, it would be worth it.
See what Hinds County yields and if Cochran’s margin of victory narrows substantially, then move on to other counties.
I don’t see why another election is needed. Just throw out the disqualified votes for either man.
What Cochran did by pandering to Democrats is perfectly legal, but if he is ultimately victorious, it will be a Pyrrhic victory because he will have alienated the very people who will work hardest to help him - the true believers.
Keep fighting McDaniel!
Hate to rain on this parade but this is a mistake
Voter ID abuse can even get a Freeper to favor microchipping people with federal transponders.
But picture ID would be good enough.
This is politics.
The open primary set up a situation where RINOs can pull something like this. They put out the street money and picked up 10,000+ Dem votes from blacks and white liberals willing to cross over. It was legal, albeit immoral.
Proving 5,000 fraudulent votes is impossible.
Lois Lerner? Special prosecutor and witnesses flipping to avoid prosecution is the only way that’ll go somewhere but it could go somewhere easily.
The two situations are dissimilar.
McDaniel is going to kill his chances of future statewide election.
a) the government is at war with citizens
b) the government is comprised of liberal dems plus GOPE
Hence it is imperative that this Cochran thing does not go unpunished. I assert that the punishment should be far more than just fighting back in hopes of getting a McDaniel win.
It should be overwhelming and scary.
Money should be spend on making people defend themselves in court, people should be harassed by PIs, families should be made uncomfortable, traffic stop DUIs, personal finiancial and medical information should be leaked [whether real or created.] Use very single bit of leverage that can be found. Legal or not. After all, that's how they play.
It's about time we started to see that this is a war for America.
Don't come try to steal my Country from me and not expect to be destroyed.
I sure am glad to see others understand this is a war. It's not time to be nice, civil, or predictable.
We must refrain from usinging ROE that give the enemy the advantage. Fight the war to win the war.
is it worth losing a R seat in the Senate to teach the RNC a lesson? I don't know. I wonder what the slate of Senate elections look like for 2016? That would be an important element to know. Perhaps the GOP...RNC MIGHT learn something if McDaniel ran as a write in. Dems will vote for the Dem...they wont vote for Cochran...so Cochran will loose. I also don't think McDaniels will win either.
I might be willing to give the seat to Dems IF the 2016 Senate slate looks promising.
Still.....a look at the crossover voting to see if there is a lot of double voting is a proper option.
Need to check MS election law. It might be not allowed for a primary loser to change party affiliation to run in the general.
I dunno MS law. Any MS freeps out there who can answer this?
In any even, a write-in campaign for McDaniel's hand-picked candidate could work. McDaniel would campaign with him, do all the talking, answer all the questions, talk to the press etc.
I dunno but we have throw a lot at these scum. They don't expect to be hurt from this. They must be hurt from this.
Anything and everything.
Make a severe example out of anyone who may have had the slightest irregularity in their voting. Take them to court continually and make them spend their time and money defending vote fraud and any other charge that can be made. It wouldn't have to be about the voting - but best if it is. Ruin this person financially. Destroy them.
Sounds rough, doesn't it? It's what they do.
We need a write in campaign for Chris McDaniel!
Let’s say that you have a Dem who voted in both the Dem primary and the GOP runoff. That persons vote is invalid.
The question is, which candidate do you remove the vote from? Yes, one can assume that person voted for Cochrane, it’s actually flippin’ obvious. But legally, given the secret ballot, you can’t prove who that person voted for.
You could just ask them. But what if they refuse to say? What if they lie and say they voted for McDaniels?
Frankly, I this what we see here is a result of what I call ‘The Johnson Theory’ on voting.

Of course this can't go on forever, and whatever can't go on forever, stops.
We the American People come to the conclusion that they are the chumps, that laws mean nothing, that they are in a way slaves, that elections do not solve the problem, this lawlessness will lead to violence.
I believe the only peaceful way out is a convention of the States and I give that only about a 1 in 3 chance of success, even if they get good amendments added to the Constitution. The Feds don't follow law and the Constitution now, why would they follow amendments that reduce their power.
We're going the way of the Roman Empire, which collapsed under big government, welfare statism, open borders, cronyism, corruption and government direction of the economy.
"Our leadership" only cares about themselves. Just look at Thad Cochran for additional proof, if you need it.
I know it is a states’ rights issue, but open primaries are so open to abuse that they should not exist.
