Instant runoff is a dangerous. Don’t let it get hold in your community like we did in Portland Maine. The dems now want it for state elections. Never heard of single transferable vote.
I know NY isn’t one of the states in the thread title, but I wanted to remind that the corrupt, racist tax-cheat Chaahhhhhlie Rangel is in a primary today, and there is a chance he might lose as his district is now more hispanic and he’s running against someone named Adriano Espaillat.
I’m sure Espaillat is a certifiable moonbat, but I’d still love to see Rangel get beaten in a primary.
