Monday on MSNBC's Ronan Farrow Daily, former Republican National Committee chairman Michael Steele attacked Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) and Gov. Rick Perry (R-TX) for in his view playing political football with the humanitarian crisis of thousands of illegal immigrant children flooding across the U.S. Mexico border.

With Repiblicans like these, who needs Democrats?
Hey, Michael Steele...
When you use the language of the left (humanitarian crisis) you might as well be one of them....
Call it what it is... A giant PR stunt for the Uniparty...

This is very disappointing. I had hoped better from Michael Steel.
Mr. Steele needs to go back in his closet.
The border needs to be enforced at bayonet point.
Even Priebus understands the political problem of immigration for incumbent GOP.

Chairman Reince Priebus refuses to endorse Chamber of Commerce’s view on immigration
Cruz is on the right path when attacked by the progressive wing of the GOP.
Yes, but Michael Steel is a black republican, so we are all obligated to blindly follow him.
I should listen to this idiot? Why?
Really? He’s on msnbc all the time. I don’t hope for anything good from him. He’s a fraud.
Listen for a good chuckle.
I wish someone would drop kick Steele into the 20th Century!
Fo Shizzle! Welcome to our hizzle!
FUMS
The one CREATING this 'humanitarian crisis' for 'political reasons' is Obama. Why aren't you attacking him?
Oh, yeah....he's a bro.
This is very disappointing. I had hoped better from Michael Steel.

Michael Steele is another Colin Powell. Both represent the current Republican party. They are more comfortable embracing liberal notions while trivializing sound conservative, common sense principles. Take for example Steele’s reference to controlling the border wherein he chides conservatives with the cheap shot “we get that.” In other words, no time to control the border now we have to deal with the humanitarian crisis, which, of course, is a deliberate result of failing to control the border in the first place. Let’s just kick that can down the road for another day, which has the effect of promoting or fostering yet another border crises.
I remember a whole week back when Steele acted like a conservative for .003 seconds - I see things are back to normal.
