A River Valley man is behind bars after police said he attacked a woman with a baseball bat at Walmart on Sunday night (June 15).A Fort Smith police report stated Mosley said it was gang related and she was in the wrong place at the wrong time.

If I said it once I’ve said it a million times: We need bat locks on all bats and background checks on all bat purchases.

Despite snide comments (many of which I agree with), the real question here is how to deal with an unprovoked attack on an innocent individual.

He’s facing charges of “2nd Degree Battery” and has bond set of only $20,000. He should be charged with attempted murder with bond set at $2million. He’s a danger to the community and should be caged for the rest of his life!
