I agree cripplecreek. The emails exist in 3 places. The user’s hard drives/computers, the servers, and the backup tapes. If someone destroys the user’s computers and the backup tapes, the emails still exist on the servers, unless someone knowingly deletes them, in which case there would be a record of who deleted them. No one is talking about this.
The question is how hard are the Republicans going to go after anyone who is trying to suppress the Tea Party?
