Doggett, ‘Rat from Texas equating IRS investigation to Benghazi investigation and Area 51 investigation. Doggett is slimy representative.

We need someone to start asking technical questions. I was afraid that we would get more scatter gun disorganized flailing about. What is so hard about making a game plan?

They should ask Koskinen about the back-up policy in IRS. Was Lerner on the IRS network? The crash of a hard drive in an individual computer should not destroy two years of emails and other documents. There are federal regualtions governing the back-up and archiving of documents. Was the IRS following these regulations?
The Reps are worthless.

I think they are asserting that an email is not a document.

True, but it doesn’t seem the “investigators” are really interested in the e-mail either.

According to federal law, emails are treated as official correspondence. They are documents for archiving purposes.

Shouldn’t these Emails end up in the national Archive?
If so, Sandy Berger is going to need bigger socks.

As long as Lois Lerner and Eric Holder are convicted of contempt of Congress and not arrested, all investigations by the House are a sick joke. When the House starts putting people in jail, maybe testifiers will stop smugly flipping the bird at the entire country as if they are untouchable.

No mention of the e-mail SERVERS and their RAID drives?
No mention of NSA backup?
did Lois connect peer to peer through her telephone modem to communicate through e-mail with the white house?

They simply have NO PLAN! The lizard from V is skating clean from this testimony and he should be strung up with Lerner and the rest of them!

I spent 36 years in the federal government. E-mails ARE official correspondence and must be saved and archived to an- offsite location. In the State Department, back-ups were done daily. If Lerner’s computer was on a network, then there should have been back-ups and archived off-site.

These democrats are truly pathetic.
They should be ashamed at themselves.
It’s scary that people with ZERO morals or character are in charge of our lives....

Good analogy. He makes me think of some sort of Foghorn Leghorn/Alan Alda hybrid.

this ass brings up SCOTT WALKER and talk about a "criminal scheme." And speaking of "criminal schemes" - just ask yourself how Scott Walker could prevail handily in a recall election in Wisconsin in June 2012, yet Wisconsin goes to Obama in a cakewalk in November 2012.
Can you say "buses from Chicago to Milwaukee", kids?
