A senior U.S. defense official Friday said U.S. officials were seeing signs that Iranian fighters were engaged in Iraq.

But it was not immediately clear how many troops were involved.

"This is bad," the senior U.S. defense official told Fox News, adding that "there is not much we can do (militarily). We are way behind the curve."

"This is bad,"

Considering the fact that they're fighting against the terrorists that we've been arming to fight against Assad in Syria, I'm sure it is bad for whatever plan Obama had.

Doesn’t mean it’s good though. It’s like two cartel bosses fighting each other.

I would be surprised if Iran doesn’t enter the fight in a very big way.

And how could we blame them, fighting against terrorists in support of the legitimate government there.

If you arm one terrorist you arm them all. I don’t make distinctions, I’ll leave that up to the simpletons who do.

OK. I’m actually on the same page in a way, because I am against arming the FSA

Iran is not there to defend the Iraqi government. They’re going for the entire region.

I assume the Iraq oil would be very helpful to fund their evil intentions.

“The official said people in the U.S. Embassy feel threatened, but it’s too “politically sensitive” to evacuate them right now.”

Apparently it was to “politically sensitive” to do anything about Major Nidal Malik Hasan before he killed and wounded so many of our Soldiers in San Antonio. Apparently it was to “politically sensitive” to do anything about Benghazi while they watched our brave Men in a 7 hour fire fight.

Heaven help them.

“We are way behind the curve.”

Well, obviously, the way to catch up is to go golfing and fundraising.

172 golf days for Obama.

We have been arming the FSA in Syria. There are about 10 FSA fighters left; ISIS killed them. Now ISIS has the weapons.

We are a cartoon version of the Three Stooges.

Correct. When this is over, there will be the Shiite Arabic Western Department of Iran with capital in Baghdad, and the Northern Sunni Caliphate.

Dealing with stable governments is always better than dealing with terrorists even if those governments are Iran and Syria....or Libya. Governments are predictable, terrorists are not.
