Ubama and Holder should spend the rest of their days in a Supermax prison.

If Hagel has any honor at all, he would have already resigned in protest of this disgraceful decision.

I see Hagel about to want to spend a lot more time with his family. He’ll be going down. He must not care. Maybe he has one scintilla of integrity. He’s probably also worried about taking the heat over the friendly fire deaths in Afghanistan over the weekend, figures that one IS on him, but not the Bergdahl/Taliban deal.

This fool keeps talking about the risk of releasing these terrorists. What risk did the Taliban take in releasing Bergdahl?

It’s actually quite a bit more than trust that’s been broken. The law 0bama signed himself has been broken and nobody is doing anything about it.
To: Nachum
btw, he later denied that he said “Trust has been broken.”

Try that explanation with the IRS if they ever go after a conservative who is actually breaking tax law. “I wasn’t committing a crime, just skirting the law”. I’m sure the IRS will be just as forgiving as the Media are with all of Obama’s crimes.

“Trust” LOL.
I lie to a judge I’ll just say, “I can see our trust is broken” and go about my day.

We did pass a law last year that stated that Congress should be notified 30 days before any transfer of detainees from Guantanamo, McKeon said, explaining that the leadership was only briefed on the possibility of a deal in November 2011. That 30 day notification law was passed specifically to prevent this "transfer of detainees" from Gitmo after learning what 0bama was up to back in 2011. Reservations for a room for two at the Leavenworth graybar inn are in order.

There should be no further inquiry into this matter. There is only one thing congress should do.
Begin impeachment for willful violation of the law and failure to keep the oath of office of the President of the United States.
Simple. (but it needs to be swift)
- Too bad the Rinos in DC are really just the right wing of the government elitist party.
