Jennifer Griffin is very credible. I can’t imagine her reporting this unless it’s 100% true.

Its rather ironic this. Only recently the Obama regime launched a vicious attack on Republicans over the debt increase calling us terrorists, arsonists, unpatriotic etc etc etc. all that was projection!

IIRC, from the Ted Cruz citizenship debates a year ago, for a legal renunciation of US citizenship to take place it has to be before proper authority.
So, the letter describes Bergdahl’s intent, but it will be claimed that it wasn’t a legal renunciation, so therefore, he is still a US citizen.
And Bergdahl should be occupying one of them, while awaiting execution.
