Politicians that get government out of the way are the good pens but he is right that government does not create jobs
Amen to that.
Why isn't the Right SHOUTING IT FROM THE ROOFTOPS?
Cruz is correct.
It’s oil. The price of oil went up and oil states boomed.
The heartless people involved in the Texas revolution ought to be blamed.
If they didn’t want to share they obviously didn’t have a heart.
Is Rick Perry brave for sometimes acting with the will of the voters of Texas? Is he risking his life cutting taxes?
“There isnt a politician in this country whos responsible for the economic growth we have”
Notice how the statement is twisted in to a lie and a distortion.
Politicians could take credit for not getting in the way of the private sector
He’s right, but Perry has aided in bringing jobs to Texas. It’s unfair to attack him on this front, when he can be more correctly criticized in other areas. Economically, he has been one of the best governors in the state’s history in such a cruddy national economy.
And well said by Ted. He knows his economics
There isnt a politician in this country whos responsible for the economic growth we have, Cruz said Friday. The economic growth has come from the private sector, its come from entrepreneurs. Nothing drives me crazier than politicians who run around talking about the jobs theyve created.
He added: Politicians are very good at killing jobs, but they dont create jobs.
Of course he’s right but he fails in that he does not understand that the policies and regulation DO cause job loss and loss of job creation by the private sector. Actually, I’m sure that he does but of course he is making his political arguments...
He needs to narrow his arguments though against Government regulations and not against individuals that he might be campaigning against! His bad..
How about some truth instead of fighting against fellow conservatives. Whenever another supposedly conservative candidate does that, he loses my vote.
Ted is correct but give Perry a break.
He has no real power as Gov.
Ted Cruz was giving us conservative principle in his speaking and the liberal newspaper reporter had to spin it another way.
We have to get as far away as possible from a society where government officials, elected or unelected, Republican or Democrat, either claim to be the source of our food, shelter and clothing or actually become the source of our sustenance.
Rick Perry got the credit where he was due it, for signing laws and supporting policies that let businesses and individuals operate freely to drive the economy and create the jobs.
Ted....don’t be stupid
A CRUZ Broadside! The 2016 presidential primary season is now in full swing.
Mexicalifornia is. Businesses are jumping ship
Cruz knows he has to carry Texas if he has any chance and Perry has a very good machine there.
Man, someone who “gets” it.
That is basically what I have said to people for year ... that gov’t can only create an environment friendly to business. Politicians never create jobs, just destroy them.
Thank you Senator Cruz for stating that publically.
Every time Cruz opens his mouth, I like him more. The only way politicians “create” jobs is to get out of the way of the private sector...
balderdash.....
Cruz knows that when it comes to credits for things done...... like obama his resume is pretty slim
He talks the talk, but the governors, and there are at least three, walk the walk
