The blurb didn't say that A jury convicted Bucklew of first degree murder,
kidnapping, and first degree burglary. I guess that's not important. What
seems to be important is the poor man is suffering before his execution
and not the rule of Law!

By all means he should be advised to being worried. That studies have confirmed most people being left conscious but brain dead after injection and no way for them to convey their state of mind, like those who wake up in middle of surgery.
