He’s neither big enough or fast enough to play on an NFL defense. If they force him onto a roster as a special-teams player, he’s going to get hurt, and probably badly, when going against actual NFL-caliber players.
Of course, then we’ll get treated to a never-ending lecture on how he was “targeted” for “cheap shots” aimed at ending his “career”. His real career will be as a “celebrity” for the homosexual agenda.

I’m sure the Rams were doing the league a favor by drafting him.... it would have been a PR nightmare if he’d gone undrafted.
Having said that, there is not much chance of him making this team. He lacks the athletic skill to play special teams, so he’ll have to beat out one of the Rams two backup D-Ends, William Hayes and Eugene Sims.... both of whom are very productive players.
There is probably a team that can use his pass rush ability, it’s just not the Rams.
I’ll be glad when the novelty wears off and we can get back to football. Jeff Fisher has told the media to do their thing now because once mini camp starts Michael Sam won’t be available.

Anyone who thought Sam wasn’t using his gayness for political calculation should have been shut up right then and there. This writer better hope his pal doesn’t get treated like Tebow. After all Tebow got a team to the playoffs, went 2 games deep in the playoffs, and then the next season got blacklisted.
However, we all know that if Sam is an integral part of taking the Rams to the playoffs and going 2 deep into those playoffs that there’d be bloody hell to pay with the media if he suddenly got blacklisted the next season.
Not so with Tebow. It’s ok to discriminate against outspoken, conservative Christians. It’s unadulterated hate, bigotry, prejudice if it were happen to a homosexual.
