American officials directly involved in the failed Israeli-Palestinian peace process over the last nine months gave a leading Israeli columnist a withering assessment of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahus handling of the negotiations, indicated that Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas has completely given up on the prospect of a negotiated solution, and warned Israel that the Palestinians will achieve statehood come what may either via international organizations or through violence.
Speaking on condition of anonymity to Nahum Barnea, a prominent columnist from Israels best-selling daily Yedioth Aharonoth, the officials highlighted Netanyahus ongoing settlement construction as the issue largely to blame for the failure of Secretary of State John Kerrys July 2013-April 2014 effort to broker a permanent peace accord.
Dear Mr. Kerry; -Those who reap the whirlwind....
The list, Ping
Let me know if you would like to be on or off the ping list
Kerry will likely get a lot of things he doesn’t like as well. Just saying.

The administration letting their inner Putin out. Another terror state in the middle east is a priority for America.
"We believe that...............................F-You Israel!
I may be a little rusty on this, but wasn’t Palestine divided between Israel and JORDAN? So where does this upstart Palestine nation come from when it should be part of Jordan?
I wouldn't place any bets on the Jordyptians winning a state through violence. I think that's been tried before.
And have the recognize Israel's right to exist yet?
How about this: Even if the Obama Administration doesn’t like it, the Palestinians get the state they were promised - Jordan.
Go ahead. Push that one, Kerry.
It looks like Obama and Kerry haven't recognized Israel's right to exist. Which brings an interesting question to my mind. Could Israel defend itself against the U.S.A.? Abbas speaks of international organizations, of which the U.S.A. is a member. Interesting times ahead.
You’re not so rusty on the issue. Israel got a mere fraction of what was promised for the original division; Jordan got the greater share of Palestine, and won’t give up an inch (at least since ‘67). They didn’t give the West Bank to the Palestinians before 1967 when it was part of Jordan.
Have to wonder how many of that 2.4 million will still be paying 6 to 9 months from now, when they learn the full cost of obamacare.
And if I have my history correct, Jordan was part of Israel back in the Bible days. So, if true, Jordan also belongs to Israel.
Today's Mossad is not the Mossad of the 70's and before. Kerry, obama, reid, peolosi and the rest know it.
They already have one. It’s called Jordan.
It's called: Egypt, Jordan, Syria, Libya, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, etc.
In other words, they are just plain Arabs. And there are plenty of Arab states.
