Boehner claims he was just teasing the other day when he mocked Republicans over immigration reform: Video
OH (tea party & conservatives), go to the poles and elect the Democrat to replace Boehner... VA, do the same for Cantor... Its the only hope...
If these 2 are defeated, they will get NO SUPPORT in a lame duck session... Otherwise, it will get passed with the help of retiring/defeated pols...
And NO, I’m NOT teasing...
“Boehner claims he was just teasing the other day when he mocked Republicans over immigration reform”
You know, people often say things when they are drunk and latter regret those words...
FUJB...to the googol power.
May you be forced to live next to Obama in the place of eternal global warming following your not soon enough change to earthly room temp.
If Boner can’t get serious maybe we could someone like Gowdy to replace him.
Boehner's cartoonish whine notwithstanding----fear of political repercussions is keeping OUR REPRESENTATIVES from voting for this unwise legislation.
The Senate bill is dangerously flawed, and its glaring ommissions WRT the securing of US ntl security, cannot ever serve as the basis for useful legislation.
By legalizing illegal aliens w/out shoring up law enforcement, we hand an engraved invitation to global Third Worlders----all of 'em salivating to ride the US gravy train.....each seperatist group conniving w/ a hidden agenda.
Amnesty recklessly opens the door wide for illiterate, low-skilled aliens, born and bred in savage cultures, here only to suck up US benefits and take jobs away from Americans.
Third Worlders may, in fact, contribute their labor to the US but their loyalties are elsewhere----they have no intention of becoming Americanized....of participating as equals in American culture, our vast history, or preserving American values.
The amnesty bill amply demonstrates that this separatist population intends to usurp the US political system to advance their own hidden agenda.
This guy is an American tragedy.
Nothing he could say would make me laugh.
The absurdity of his actions, and then him trying to act as if humor was appropriate? Ah NO!
The only thing missing from his whine was that he’d “be living in a van. Down by the river”.

SOB. Spoken as the true weasel he is. If the next bunch of GOP congress winners choose this loser to be Speaker, they should be replaced in 2016.
Hey boner. How about making some progress on reining in Federal Spending?
Nooooooo. It’s tooo haaaarrrrrdddd.
What a LYING, DUPLICITOUS, DESPICABLE piece of work Boehner is. I hope that anyone who cares for the American people and our constitutional republic votes against him in the primary. And after he wins the primary (which he will with his $12.8 million war chest donated to him by AMNESTY PROPONENTS) vote for his DimocRAT opponent. Whatever it takes to rid ourselves from him is OK. Don’t worry, his loss would be more than offset by new Tea Party representatives coming into the House of Representatives.
Poll: 2014 looks worse for Dems than 2010 ( FOX News ^ | 04/29/14 | Chris Stirewal)
Bohner and McConnell might just be hailed as victorious leaders of a winning party by their members, the Chamber is already backing them. Might be two more years. Lots of time to pass amnesty.
In spite of their deals on the budget and debt limit and taxes and...
I was drunk! I didn’t know what I was saying!
Boehner can, after the fact, and after the fallout, call his little performance anything he likes. Anyone who watches that video knows exactly what it was. Ridicule.
Small, nasty people try to hide behind a claim of humor when called out for out-of-line comments or behavior. Decent people apologize.

Well, I think 2014 is going to be VERY good for Republicans with a substantial number of new TEA PARTY conservatives going into the House and the Senate to reinforce those already there. These victories will be IN SPITE of Boehner and McConnell and not because of them. Boehner and the GOPe is already waging war on conservative candidates in various primaries to help limit the number of Tea Party reinforcements. I think the GOPe’s (and that of their allies such as the Chamber of Commerce) success will be limited and they will be faced with these new Tea Party types joining the caucus come November.
