The Temple WILL be rebuilt in its proper place. Nothing the muslims do can stop it:

I have a hard time believing this generation, if an earthquake were to destroy the cursed Dome, would do anything more than pay to rebuild it.

Then again, if a quake destroyed the Dome, the Mooslimb screwheads would blame Zion, just as they've been trained from birth to do. It might even provoke a Arab alliance-backed war, and then, if the Friend of Abraham were to intervene to save Zion, then Israel might assemble a third temple and reinstitute a sacrifice (not understanding why the God of Moses was angered when Moses struck the rock twice).
