CARSON CITY, Nev. (AP) — Secretary of State Ross Miller says a woman has been arrested on two felony charges for allegedly using a false identity to register to vote and casting ballots in two elections.
Miller late Friday announced the arrest of Ortencia Segura in California.
A complaint filed by the attorney general’s office says Segura registered to vote in Washoe County in August 2008 and provided identification with the name of Marisela Reyna. Authorities confirmed she voted in the 2008 and 2010 elections.
Authorities say information from the Justice Department show Segura was arrested in 2012 and deported for filing a false statement on a passport application. They say she also had a false Nevada driver’s license, prompting the investigation.
Miller says Segura was arrested Thursday for entering the country illegally.

In close elections Nevada can be counted on electing Democrats—now we know why—the UNIONS are involved, like ACORN, in violating our election law. The bigger question is why those involved are not indicted on on their way to prison? Then the next question is, if this is being done by Nevada unions, are California unions doing the same?

Wait a second here. Before charges, especially felony charges can be filed we have to find out who he voted for. If he voted for dims then it’s ok. Vote fraud is only illegal in the USA if you vote Republican!

There is only one (combined) solution: photo voter ID PLUS proof of voter citizenship - with birth certificate (US) or naturalization document) - at registration!
