Guess we figured out what the backhoe was for. And it states that water lines were damaged. My thought is they were intentionally cut to make it impossible for them to easily fix.

Booger Eating BLM Bureaucraps and their SWAT Teams.

ComDem Insanity continues.

Some peeps apparently got into trouble for attempting to look into dump truck beds to see what carnage might be hiding in there.

That would explain why the BLM backed down. Confiscating the herd for subsequent auction might be within the rulings of the courts. On the other hand, killing the herd would be seen as pure spite on behalf of the the Feds. They couldn’t allow that to hit the 10 o’clock news coverage, because everyone would see it for what it was: bullying.

If someone can dream it up the Feds will do it.

They recognize no laws or other limits to their power and tyranny.

The Soviets brought the Polish Military Officers out in the woods and shot them in the nape of the neck, like cattle.

We formed a central government to provide for the common defense, but armed Mexican army troops crossed our border last week and our federal government did nothing.
Our Border Patrol rank-and-file had to sue our federal government to get them to do their jobs: securing the border.
Our federal government ignores laws and orders.
They gave guns to Mexican cartels.
They just threatened the lives of Americans in Nevada.
Why are we paying money over to them? They’re worse than useless.

If the government killed a large number of cows and wasted the meat from them (while there are millions of people hungry and jobless), it raises serious other questions about the handling of this attempted land grab.

Is it legal to just bury a bunch of cows? Is that the legal manner to dispose of them, you just dig a hole and put them in?

I think this is a big mess. Since 50 other trespass ranchers have been squeezed out, apparently Bundy was the only one left with Nevada “trespass cattle” they should be on the endangered species list and severe penalties against BLM for killing many of the last of endangered “trespass cattle” including two $500,000 bulls that were needed to increase the herd.

While I would prefer to see old-fashion frontier justice for these cattle rustlers, we'll have to settle for mild platitudes from the Congressmen and Senators of the West.

These elected officials don't believe themselves beholden to those who work the land.
