Glenn Beck has a message for anyone who is crying for revolution, insurrection and a call to arms: He wants nothing to do with you.
This morning I got up and I saw some more news reports, and more people in America that are standing up now and crying for revolution, insurrection, arming yourself, and a call to arms, Beck said on his radio program Tuesday. I will tell you I believe in the Second Amendment, and I will defend myself. I believe in the rights that we have. But I will tell you more than I believe in my rights, I believe in the responsibilities that we have to God. And God does not call anyone to anger. God does not call anyone to vengeance ever, ever, ever.

The federal government shouldn’t own 80% of Nevada’s land
that rancher worked hard to build his business and he owns it. plus they provide meat for us. he’s not getting anything from the government . the federal government should get out of Nevada. they say they are stopping the rancher to protect some tortoise. no it’s about destroying industries, growing government(socialism) which does raise prices as they have crippled and regulated and taxed every industry
actually the federal government owns 86% of Nevada’s land . that is marxism/socialism .

Those who say this clause delegates the feds control over whatever land they arbitrarily decide to lay claim to are grossly misinterpreting even the most basic structure of the Constitution.
Historically, the Property Clause delegated federal control over territorial lands up until the point when that land would be formed as a state. This was necessary during the time of the ratification of the Constitution due to the lack of westward development. The clause was drafted to constitutionalize the Northwest Ordinance, which the Articles of Confederation did not have the power to support. This ordinance gave the newly formed Congress the power to create new states instead of allowing the states themselves to expand their own land claims.

The Property Clause and Northwest Ordinance are both limited in power and scope. Once a state is formed and accepted in the union, the federal government no longer has control over land within the states borders. From this moment, such land is considered property of the sovereign state.
They are selling it off. They're selling it to the Chinese to pay off their astronomical debt.
Instead of bickering about it and fighting with each other, we should be trying to figure out how to stop them.
It’s way too complicated. Nothing is cut and dry. But I know where Glenn Beck is coming from. There is a guy named Pete Santili, who was behind the Truckers Boycott in D.C., and there is two guys Alex Jones and his rival Jeff Rense. There are others as well like Jack Blood, Michael Rivero, and Adam Kokesh. They are all radio hosts, but underground hosts on the net or fringe radio networks. They peddle in conspiracy and they all love 9-11 conspiracies too. Not all, but some of them, especially Pete Santilli and Adam Kokesh have been advocating violence. On Monday when Glenn Beck said that some people and some sites have been egging on violence, I am 100% sure he meant them.
Glenn singled out one site, but did not name it. He said they jumped on the rancher stuff and have been advocating war instead of a resolution to Bundy’s case. Beck said he doesn’t trust that “site” and that it would ruin the tea party if things got violent and people who were probably “plants” started stuff.
I am unsure exactly what site he meant. But I have ideas. One is Alex Jones’ Info Wars, another is Pete Santilli’s site Guerrilla Media Network, a third option is Michael Rivero’s site What Really Happened and the fourth candidate is Adam Kokesh’s site for his new radio show Adam Vs. The Man, which used to be a RT America show. There are probably others, but those came to mind.
It would be quick to single out Alex Jones and his two sites Info Wars and Prison Planet. But I think he meant Pete Santilli and Guerrilla Media Network because he is egging on violence in this situation and he was personally there on Saturday. Those guys are a bit too “radical” and no longer want to deal in politics but want disobedience and disorder to start stuff. I am sure he is not the only one, but he fits the bill that Glenn was talking about.
Glenn feels the tea party is close to winning the mid-terms, taking back the senate, and the DNC wants people like those “guys” with Pete to start stuff. Glenn is worried that hot heads who do not care are going to go rouge like the people on the left. Glenn knows most people on the right are law abiding peaceful people. So he is warning people to becareful because bad elements have entered the “movement.”
Glenn Beck is also saying that anybody supporting confrontation instead of exhausting every avenue like winning back the senate and helping out candidates is not a “good guy.” He blasted anybody wanting violence for not using that energy to help candidates win back the senate and stop Obama’s agenda. Any confrontation might result in martial law. And it doesn’t gain much but problems. It is not time for war he said.
That’s his take.
And a big clan of 14 kids.
Lots of sources out there.

Nevada or individuals own that land not the federal government. that is pure marxism/socialism(fed owning all that land in Nevada and other states). the gov are using that land for environmentalism(communism/marxism) when private industry like that rancher and others could be using it to produce
Remember that scene in Brave Heart when the Uncle Arguile was talking to young William Wallace.
Remember Uncle Arguile was a warrior.
He said pointing at the kids head “first learn to fight with your brain, Then I ‘ll teach you to fight with a sword.
Go read Sun-Shu again before ya pick a fight.
Being a martyr is not a good thing.
WE can beat them without blood shed.
I get what you are saying, and I am a GB fan (flame suit on) but I respectfully disagree with him on this.
The show of force at Bunkerville was not about deception. It was what this country used to stand for- strength through power. Walk softly and carry a big stick. That sort of thing.
Remember, the fed was the aggressor, not the patriots. And the power and bravery that was displayed by patriots at Bunkerville should never be disregarded as political gamesmanship.
And the BLM has been moving the goalposts since it’s creation. The Bundy claims predate the BLM’s existence by several decades. Enough!
I strongly disagree!
If this was a case of eminent domain... I’d be on the bandwagon too, but it’s not! The government might own 80% of Nevada, so let them have it! Nevada is like 90% desert anyway! The grazing fees have also been in place since the 1800’s too, don’t like it? Move! People that don’t like the gun laws, or over taxation in a state? They move! This rich rancher is beating the system, and using all of you! Bottom line here... He’ll go to court and he will pay one way or the other! All the men and women ready to draw down on the Feds the other day, wasted an opportunity to actually fight a more worthy battle in the future! You hate the Feds? Me too, you hate government corruption? Me too! you hate over taxation? Obamacare? 17 trillion in debt? Yes... Me too! But this battle wasn’t the one I’d want to put my name of support on! Supporting deadbeats and people who think the world owes them a living isn’t part of my conservative values! I guess you guys are “evolving?”
Please forgive my spelling and punctuation in my past comments... I don’t comment much here, but i just wanted to share my thoughts on the subject! I’ve visited FR every day for several years now, and i agree 99.7% of the time with most point of views shared here! I just have a difficult time seeing the benefit in supporting this particular fight! Again, I don’t have all the answers here, but i just know for me... supporting this rancher doesn’t meet the qualifications of my core values!
Thanks C H,
great link.
Watching this closely ,
Beck’s on another rant this morning about Bundy supporters being comparable to Malcomb X and Bill Ayers.
Weird. Our local news (Cody, Wyoming) reported he was a Baptist. Thank you for the correction.
He is incredibly histrionic and this article is just more proof of that. Since when is standing up for your freedom vengeance? He has made a name for himself and plenty of profit by screaming against all the injustice of our government and now that allot of people are awake to it wants to distance himself for fear of risking his new fortune. He’s no different than the politicians who promise to do everything right when running for office and then as soon as they are elected and tempted with money from the lobbyists quickly walk lockstep with them to get paid.
And by the way, what exactly did his march on the mall accomplish? How about nothing. And neither does voting anymore in my opinion. The only votes that seem to be counted are from the local cemetery.
