Warning follows threat from Harry Reid that grazing dispute 'not over'
The chief of the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association says his sources inside the federal government are warning that Washington’s weekend retreat in a dispute over grazing land in Nevada was just to distract and defuse – because a raid on the family’s ranch still is being strategized.
And there probably would be violence involved, said Richard Mack, the former sheriff of Grisham County, Ariz.
“I don’t think it would be possible” to launch a raid without violence, he told WND Monday. “I don’t the Bundys would lie down and be taken.”
He cited the threat from Sen. Harry Reid, D-Nev., that the confrontation was far from over, despite the weekend’s retreat by armed gunmen working for federal agencies.
Reid on Monday told KRNV-TV in Reno. “It’s not over. We can’t have an American people that violate the law and then just walk away from it. So it’s not over.”

Tough luck for the American tax payers and law abiding victims of this epic lawlessness.
That is probably an accurate prediction of events that will become increasingly common in the next few years. And it will be effective in changing enforcement of speed limit laws.
I suppose there might be some other unfortunate side effects however...
The rule of law was a great idea. It is unfortunate that our political elites no longer want to be restrained by that idea. The rest of the population will inevitably follow that lead.
The (lack of) merits of Bundy's cause will be completely irrelevant once the Federal Government forces kill him and his supporters in a night time raid. That demonstration decisively replaces rule of law with rule by force.
Most people will shrug off the news and submit to the Government, hoping for a rule of law that gradually fades into a distant memory. Most people (myself included) will likely be very disappointed with the outcomes.
I suppose there might be some other unfortunate side effects too...

you don’t get it the last election was rigged full of fraud and tea partiers were denied opportunity to raise funds by IRS all illegal. Obamacare passed the Supreme Court by hook or crook. No one has been prosecuted for fast and furious bengazi, irs etc etc..the rule of law is gone Obama and Holder ignore the law and Constitution Holder in contempt and continues on and on with obstruction. It won’t change till it becomes very costly to continue as is.
