Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin blasted President Barack Obama on Saturday for either not understanding or deliberately disrespecting the Constitution.
"We have a president who doesn't understand or just chooses to disrespect our Constitution," Palin said on Fox News' Cashin In with host Eric Bolling.
Obama has unilaterally changed immigration, health care, and welfare laws, among others, according to Palin, and she said that he has sent a message with his actions that an elite crew will run the government as they see fit instead of "We the People."
She also said there needs to be "new energy" in government instead of more blue bloods...

IIRC, JimRob is aboard.
What bothers me about Palin is the following. Even if Obama was trying his best to work with Congress to resolve the issues that Palin indicated, why doesn't she also mention that the states have never delegated to feds, via the Constitution, the specific powers to officially address most, if not all of those issues?
I think I might possibly agree with you,
but you are not very clear in whatever it is you are trying to say.
Palin on board with an Article V convention.
Sheesh, even George Will.
This is gonna get some legs.
When words slip and slide out of meaning in the minds and opinions of liberal judges via penumbras and emanations, it's important to refresh the intent of the Framers by sharpening and restating that Original Intent in sharper and more pointed language via the amendatory process. This is that opportunity.
Reminds me of a ‘prior’ FReeper that is no longer with us that insulted her with the “C” work several years ago..........
**word**
I’ll take disrespect for 100
Oh...he understands it all right...he studied it to see how it can be shredded.
Just like the muzzies have said they’ll use our “rights, our democracy” to take us over.
Nice try, loser.
She should have said what she knows to be true. Obama intentionally disregards the Constitution. Her gratuitous remark to the effect that he might not understand it, weakens her response, makes her look like a whiner. I see it as her trademark: great philosophy, poor delivery.
And, that you cannot see that, says a lot about you.

“Oh...he understands it all right...he studied it to see how it can be shredded.”
I agree.
It’s sad that a lot of freepers buy the liberal news media spin that Obama is not responsible or even knows about all the abuses of his government like the IRS oppressing conservatives, etc. Obama is the head of the snake and is orchestrating all of this along with the news media
I’m generally in favor of Mark Levin’s idea of an Article V convention. However, I’m very much aware that the government basically ignores the constitution anyway when they think they can get away with it. Not 100% convinced thast more amendments won’t also be ignored. I’m more in favor of direct action by the people. If we can recruit, support and elect a majority of serious tea party candidates, that would be great. And or if we can take it directly to the streets as happened yesterday at Bunker Hill, er, I mean Bunkerville, that would be even better. Praying the people remain armed and vigilant and get “in their faces” at every opportunity.
Sad state of affairs when Sara Palin has more balls than any of the men in the Republican party.
I agree with her. (why do I always see “putin” for “Palin”? Eye tricks)
She always has.
Oh, I think Obama knows and understands our constitution,
He just doesn’t like it and believes it’s standing in
the way of a socialist utopia.
Unbelieveable in a President but here we find ourselves
after 50 years of socialist infiltration.
I love ya’, man.
God Save The Republic!
My pick is the latter.
