As of the moment of this reply to you, the NOTAM on airspace restriction over the ranch remains in effect until 11 May 2014. The BLM’s forces on the ground may be pulling out, but they still have an airspace restriction over the area.

I imagine the BLM and every other alphabet agency have been chomping at the bit since Waco and Ruby Ridge. They all sit around and say things like “If that had been us that stormed Mt.
