Next AG can get her. Next administration can get her.

But pardons can help her. But they cannot help her against civil actions. If they do get pardons, there will be hell to pay on the Dem side - but if the pardons come thru, civil suits is where she, and Holder, will pay dearly. I hope they live on the streets and eat farking bugs to survive. I'll make sure to take a trip to DC just to knock the begging jar out of their hands and piss on their money. I'll eat food and throw those demons the wrappers.

Smash the ‘14 elections to control both chambers, then they can investigate and actually DO something. Of course, that would require all the factions of the GOP actually working together so it won’t happen. But I can dream.

Since True the Vote is a Texas based org, is it at all possible that the Texas AG could bring charges against Lerner, the IRS agents who harassed her and Cummings’ staff(Cummings is immune). The AG could have a grand jury issue indictments and request extradition for Lerner and Cummings’ staff. Federal power has grown too strong and its reach extends to areas unforeseen a generation ago, let alone by the Founders. It may take a state of the size and influence of Texas to stand on the track and demand the oncoming train of federal overreach STOP.

Is there some reason, statute of limitations or something else that makes this such an urgent matter? Why not hedge the bets a bit? Hold off until January 21, 2016 to make the referral, and use all this as fodder in the campaign.
Then, right off the bat, submit to the new AG (assuming Holder is gone, and Zero hasn’t issued blanket pardons to all his co-conspirators) for action.

Heck, a guy can dream, can’t he?
