He threw it all away. Key line from the article. People can be snared by so many things: drugs, gambling, sex, greed. The bottom line is they are responsible for their fate. It's not the government's fault or responsibility.
This man, who had it all, chose to throw it all away. Let him fall and go splat as a warning to others.

A Democrat. Give away is his party affiliation isn’t mentioned in the lead-in to the article. It would be all over if he was a Republican.
No MSM bias here.

The author said that Doran’s day-to-day home life “looked like a Norman Rockwell painting.”
Kind of odd. The world of Norman Rockwell is one that Democrats seem to hate with a passion.

A wonderful old priest (88) who is also a family friend always preached about the 4 P’s. He says all sin is rooted in the 4 P’s - Pride, Power, Pocketbook, Pleasure.

There were reports that he had fallen, or was dragged, into the drug scene where crystal meth was prevalent..
"...or was dragged..."
Really?

That was just a pointless piece. This was the worst part “There were reports that he had fallen, or was dragged, into the drug scene...”
Give me a break, maybe there are some people who get “dragged” into the drug scene, but not people like this. He’s a Democrat, he can’t be responsibile, nothing’s his fault. This must all be Mitt Romney’s fault, somehow. But not doing drugs Romeny pushed this guy to do them, see that must have been what happened.
