Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush has not made any formal moves to indicate he will run for the GOP presidential nomination in 2016, but he is already rated as the top contender by one university, even though he does not lead in any preliminary presidential polls.

From the article:
“We now consider Bush the leader of the field if he decides to run,” the University of Virginia Center for Politics’s “Crystal Ball” concluded after updating its 2016 ratings.”
And I’m sure UV is not a liberal university. /s
I wonder how much the Bush family paid Larry Sabato to push this crap.
Anything’s possible.
I think I am hallucinating. I am not really typing right now. This is just a bad dream.
If Jeb Bush becomes the nominee we can officially declare America a 3rd world country. Two families ruling a country or having the opportunity to rule it for 7/8 elections rarely happens in 3rd world countries. Get ready to say president Hillary, Chelsea or Jenna in the near future. Only a thoroughly corrupt political process can we even imagine it. Even if one of the Bush’s is uber conservative it doesn’t change the conclusion.
I think I’ll take what you’re hallucinating on.
Let me be the first to say we don't need anymore Bushes in office.
(Barbara's actual sentiment.)
CNN/ORC International survey

Bush isn’t going to draw the conservative vote. I doubt he’ll attract the undecided either.
Theyre projecting, although I do believe Jeb is considering a presidential bid. Click here:

Not the point. How many lemmings would it take to vote in Jeb as a nominee? In a fractured primary process, a small number. What does it say about a political process that the genius is seen by voters to reside exclusively in 2 families? If Jeb signed on to every conservative position espoused in this board we are still lemmings for buying into family rule.
You can expect that the establishment will huddle together and decide who is to run alone against half a dozen Tea Party candidates. And judging by 2012, the RINO candidate is going to get at least 25% of the ‘moderate’ Republican vote in each of the primary states. We need to amass enough votes behind one candidate to beat that comfortably.
Not necessarily true. It would depend on the other candidates. With GWB, the field didn’t have much to offer. It was not a question of family rule but of candidates.
However, in this case Jeb’s family is not a benefit but rather than obstacle we will not be able to overcome.
BTW, gotta love the “International” survey.
i won’t be showing to the polls that day but i really am starting to believe the noise we hear about him is being orchestrated.
More than projecting, selling.
Well the whole point of projecting in this case is to sell.
So they predict the GOP loses again
