Prime Minister Tony Abbott has announced objects possibly related to the search for the missing Malaysian Airlines plane have been found in the southern Indian Ocean.
Is that your final decisis? ;-P
I see what you did there.
Another day of endlesss speculation.
Watching Hemmer on FoxNews showing a side-by-side double-screen of the supposed debris field — because one screen apparently isn’t enough, even though they are showing the same satellite image.
Former NTSB agent was on complaining that the Pentagon hasn’t put enough into the search. We need more ships and planes.
FoxNews now interviewing an Aussie news broadcaster on the phone. He says the debris might be from the plane, or it might not be. [Reminds me of the Malay official who said the plane turned northerly or southerly.]
If they are in hiding, it’s possibly partly due to their lives being in danger from angry family members of the passengers.
If Fox News sends Geraldo out there to look for the debris, you’ll know there’s nothing there.
I have made a point on principal to not follow this stuff like so many are, I suspect its nothing more than a terrible accident, but I do not know?
Listening to on air folks saying they hope this is the aircraft, I certainly do not share that, nor do the families I would imagine.
I am hoping for a highly unlikely miracle (probably fantasy land), but would be the best outcome that they are alive on some island, perhaps with the 911 survivors(I think some lunatics claim they are alive partying it up)
But why would anybody be hopeful that this is the plane, Why not keep hope alive that they are alive somewhere
Sorry,no link. Everything I’ve heard about it was either on Fox News or CNN. It was mentioned several times over the course of the last week.

Ryan Maue has a great pic of the wave heights in that area.
I thought the story was he and his family separated the day before but that is strange enough.
And then, what?? The elder pilot was in the court room the day the verdict on that opposition politician who he supported, Anwar was handed out?
More oddities.
Military planes from Australia and the U.S. searched unsuccessfully Thursday for two objects spotted by satellite in the southern Indian Ocean that could be related to the missing Malaysia Airlines flight.
A Navy spokesman told Fox News that a P-8 Poseidon aircraft returned to base in the western Australian city of Perth with "nothing to report" after flying a 10-hour search mission in the Indian Ocean. Earlier Thursday, a statement on the Australian Maritime Safety Agency's (AMSA) official Twitter account said that the crew of a Royal Australian Air Force P-3 aircraft had been unable to locate the debris due to limited visibility as a result of clouds and rain. The tweet added that other aircraft would continue the search.

Thanks for clearing that up. I did not know he was related to Anwar.
Another thing his government was keeping quiet. Briefly wore tin foil chaparral : was his government trying to silence all the opposition. Would explain the family disappearance /fear. /hat
I have an appt and don’t have time to wade through all the posts.
So here is an interesting link, that indicate something is known.
There are apparently police cars and ambulances outside the hotel where the families of the passengers are staying.
So the ACARS is turned off, then the plane makes a drastic turn west and the plane’s transponder is turned off at almost the exact same time the pilot(or copilot) confirms he’s alive and well in the cockpit. It changes altitude, and eventually flies low in an apparent attempt to avoid radar. Then turns northwest and hits three separate waypoints north of Indonesia. Waypoints that were consistent with flight paths toward Europe, the middle east, and central asia(Kazakhstan).
Now they want me to believe as soon as the plane dropped off military radar somewhere northwest of Indonesia, it then turned almost due south and flew until it ran out of fuel.
I don’t know what to make of this whole story anymore. At this point I’m resigned to the fact we are all at the mercy of what the governments involved want us to know.
This whole thing is sick
