Felony Resisting? Wow. I hope these guys never go up against some real thugs. What would they call that: Super felony resisting.
I wonder what the issue was he was trying to speak about. From fragments it seems like something about some real property rights.
And we are complaining about Putin? This is something right out of KGB Russia. I can understand why one would not want a town counsel meeting delayed unduly. One would think they would have the offending party ejected but to escalate into a felony arrest is simply out of bounds in any democratic state.

Can you believe the half-ton of police pig pork "just following orders" from the local
gauleiter jumping on the guy?
Then some of the other peasants laugh about it?
The fat porker Barrage Balloon sissies in the Magic Blue Costumes pretending that the guy "obstructed" and "resisted" deserve to have their lying faces beaten in.
This country deserves to implode.

I thought the felony was harsh but I can't tell if he was resisting or not. I'd just send him home.
I've run meetings before, and there's a reason to the comment limit time. People need to be allowed to have their say, but at the time time can't filibuster the meeting. Policies don't get solved in public comment. You also have to apply the policy equally to all.

The force continuum that police use is once the subject moves in the other direction or pulls back it’s considered “resisting”. Then they have the “go” to choke holds, mace, tazer, or sweep to the ground. It gets progressively worse. If anyone finds themselves in certain undesirable situations where rights are violated by “authorities” there is no resisting a little bit. If so, one has to go all the way with the understanding what that entails but moreover a preferred plan for exfiltration and minimal witnesses/evidence, etc.

Every day, America seems to be slipping into tyranny.
If Mark Adams was speaking too long, at worst he should have been quietly escorted out of the building. To arrest him for speaking and charge him with a felony, thereby undermining his livelihood and other rights is an anathema to the foundation of this nation.
