Greek ships rushing towards Straits of Malacca, debris spotted in water, may belong to Malaysian flight MH370 - http://www.iefimerida.gr/news/147254
bkm ... Thank You kristinn for the information.
Haven’t they already searched that area?
Finally... So it flew in a circle for 7 hours. This would explain a lot.
At the rate this is going somebody will discover it’s all a paperwork screw up and the plane is still on the runway.

If that is so they would have gone all Donner Party since everyone knows the one thing it is impossible to do is do an unplanned exit from an airplane even if you are 5 feet from a terminal.
BTW... Why would Greek Ships be rushing there? Do they not have any Malaysian ships handy? After all, it is the Melaka straight right?
The last signal sent by the engine telemetry said "Send more Ouzo."
Its a Chinese Fire Drill
Its right off Malaysia. Its the side that the jet turned to from its original course. Has to be as well searched as anywhere.
Last Military Radar shows 370 in the straits! Ck Drudge about Pilot speaking and map there shows last ping +1hr 34 mins.

Thanks kristinn !
Pinging all y’all to this one; maybe they found it.
Yes, I know that. That should have been one of the first places the authorities should have searched.
I would be very surprised with all of the SAR assets used that they would have missed it the first time.
Greek ships? Straights of Malacca?
There’s the makings of a joke.
Do any of you know what “Malacca” means in Greek?
Seas are very big places, and sometimes things happen you don’t account for. Plane ditching in the water, disappearing under then the pieces getting temporarily buried, then resurfacing after breaking free, etc. Not to mention it’s just plain difficult to search vast stretches of emptiness.
THIS should be in Breaking News, but can’t seem to figure out the stupid code for it.
Nevermind. I can’t believe it’s all case-sensitive.
This is a partial translation on Greek to English on that news. I ran it through a translator on the Internet. It looks like a shore station contacted nearby Greek Ship.
The rough translation is below: -tom
