"Obama has made it clear to the world that when confronted with a crisis, he will do nothing. This reduces his options to zero and puts the United States and the world into a situation where rogue nations, non-state organizations, and gangs of thugs can do as they please with no fear of any meaningful response from the U.S. It makes the world a much more dangerous place."Thanks to Daniel Greenfield for the remarks below to explain where we are with Obozo as POTUS in The Post American order.
The Post-American order stands for nothing except its own dismantling. That is why Obama sets red lines that he wont enforce and issues threats that he doesnt mean.
The only thing less appealing than selfishness is the complete absence of self. The only thing less appealing than empire is an anti-imperialism that so thoroughly negates its own power that it has no influence and no reason to exist.
Post-American America exists to destroy itself. Until that changes, it has nothing to offer the world except membership in a suicide pact.

Will he also be talking about where the new yellow line is, or will he leave zero out of the conversation?

John Kerry crossed the red line when he called American Soldiers baby killers, war criminals and lately he called troops terrorists. This current pResident calls on the unqualified to mess up the procedures long established. Guess what my Hope and Change are.

He’s late... Someone must’ve misplaced the can of red paint.

Well, there IS a line. Only it’s not RED; it’s yellow and it runs up and down Obama and John’s backs.

He must be trying to get E.T. on the line in the white house. Meanwhile on the other end, no one can find him as he has a golf date.

Kerry drew another red line.
Putin erased it with some french fries.

There's a secret compartment in Kerry's briefcase. He carries the black attache everywhere. Asked about it on several occasions, Kerry brushed it aside. Finally, trapped in an interview, he exhaled and clicked open his case.
"Who told you?" he demanded as he reached inside. "My friends don't know about this."
The hat was a little mildewy. The green camouflage was fading, the seams fraying.
"My good luck hat," Kerry said, happy to see it. "Given to me by a CIA guy as we went in for a special mission in Cambodia."

"John Kerry believes that shutting down coal plants and building windmills can defeat Russia's global expansionism. Accordingly, he is calling for US Consulates all over the world to engage in eco propaganda warfare to defend American interests abroad...Kerry insists that it's every American's patriotic duty to despise coal and support solar-powered fighter jets. Crimea called in Russia for help.
Kinda like calling in the fire department from the next town to keep the fire from spreading.

Red Lines only work with those who will not fight back.
Like the GOPe!
With the rest of the World, they might as well be in invisable ink.
