House Budget Chairman Paul D. Ryan told his local newspaper that Republican leaders do not have the votes yet to pass a rewrite of the nations immigration system.
We dont have the votes right now, the Wisconsin Republican told his local newspaper, the Janesville Gazette, in an interview Monday. Right now, were working hard to find where that consensus lies. Ryan said both the right and left are holding up an overhaul.
A poll of House Republican offices by CQ Roll Call found that just 18 members, including Ryan, publicly support the immigration principles Speaker John A. Boehner of Ohio released in January.
Ryan is a clown. He even looked weak in the debate vs that lunatic Biden.
Never thought I would say it but mitt was.a much better candidate than Ryan. Ryan was the weak one on the ticket.
He has made a lot of people that supported him before realize he’s not worthy of our support.
Snatching defeat from the jaws of victory in 2014.
Ryan is like a liberal Dan Quayle. Quayle wasn't the most eloquent guy in the world. But he never worked against conservative interests. Ryan's whole reason for being appears to be to stick it to anyone who's ever paid into an entitlement program, while letting welfare leeches skate.
See tag line.
Paul Ryan for President. Woo! Woo!
No, we are the idiots because we keep putting these guys back in power. They are simply Progressive traitors, that easily lie to us and we ask for another portion every two years.
Quayle signed some letter recently supporting amnesty:
wonder when the last time that jackass has even seen an illegal alien ...FUDQ ..
My sentiments exactly. The dumbest guy in Wash DC, Joe Biden but he is a buffoon & a bully, chewed up Ryan with his smirks & guffaws & antics. All Ryan was able to muster up in order to counter those tactics was his deer in the headlights look and some weak sickly smiles. Forget about scoring points in the debate.... Biden publicly humiliated Ryan and boxed his ears but good!
Then in this past year's budget debate, the dumbest Dems in Wash DC ran circles around Ryan and got him to cave into all the Dem's spending proposals in exchange for maintaining the military budget.....and then the Dems promptly reneged on the military budget once the bill was submitted for 0dumb0's signature.
fixed it.
I suspect more supporters will magically appear after the primaries....
I think there is a lot who believe in this legalization BS. Maybe 50 or 100. I think you could probably find a list between 30 and 50 who have voiced support. There

The problem is the amnesty pimps in congress don’t know what they are talking about. Does Rand Paul deal with illegals and hispanics all the time when he is back home?
Steve King has been fighting Karl Rove since 2004 on amnesty. Karl Rove hasn’t won an election and Steve King has won every election.

Given that there's now no meaningful difference between the Democrat and Republican parties, wouldn't you say that he's a strong Republican candidate?
(IMO, that's why they pushed him, and Romney on us.)
“Theyll have the votes...during the lame duck session post election.”
We have a winner.
