House Oversight Committee Chairman Darrell Issa said he is incensed about allegations the CIA spied on the Senate Intelligence Committee, calling it treason.
I think Senator Feinstein is as outraged as anyone and I share her outrage. I think the violation of the Constitutional separation of powers should be an offense of the highest levelvirtually treason, Issa told Breitbart News on Tuesday.
Spying on the executive branchspying on Congress or violating the separation of powers as to the Supreme Court or as to Congress is effectively treason. Treasonits written up in the Constitution, Issa said of Feinsteins revelations, adding, I dont know who gave the orders, but to spy on other branches is in fact a constitutional violation at the level of high crimes and misdemeanors and certainly should cause the removal of anyone involved.
Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA), Chairman of the Senate Select Intelligence Committee, Tuesday accused the spy agency of secretly examining her committees computers and taking documents relating to the CIAs interrogation methods on terror suspects who were held overseas after the 9/11 attacks.

Spying on the executive branchspying on Congress or violating the separation of powers as to the Supreme Court or as to Congress is effectively treason. Treasonits written up in the Constitution, That's NOT Treason dickhead!
Treason:
Article 3, Section. 3, Paragraph 1.
Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.
I'm tired of you Mr. Do-Nothing Issa; you bollixed
Fast & Furious, a solid state-sponsored terrorism case and probably the easiest [actual] Treason case in seventy years!
Screw off, asshat!

Lazy EXEMPT Issa allows EVERY CORRUPTION from NSA
to IRS to Fast&Furious to Benghazi against the
American people, with his feigned rage (wink, wink),
but the EXEMPT only finally gets INDIGNANT
when one of his fellow-EXEMPTS is examined.
Poor little piggies. Here comes Issa and Cummings, now.

"Rep. Emanuel Cleaver (D MO) agreed, telling Breitbart News, Its frightening if its true. I think that most Americans would be absolutely outraged to find out that some of the freedoms we thought we were experiencing were sabotaged, so we have to wait and see if its true. Oh c'mon Cleaver. If Bossy Lois Lerner can stall Congress what do you think the CIA can do?
What I like about this is that ISSA is putting some heat on the Democrats. While Treason won't fly, the issue of high crimes and misdemeanors will. It would be wonderful to see the House impeach Obama on high crimes and misdemeanors for spying on the Senate Democrats and have the House defending Obama. Then, if the articles of impeachment were sustained by the House, watch the Senate Democrats contort themselves defending Obama for spying on them.
Anyway, it's all a vast right wing conspiracy. Blame the Koch brothers.
