Rachel Canning, the Morris County teenager who sued her parents to force them to pay her bills, has returned to her parents house in Lincoln Park, her parents attorney announced today.
Rachel, 18, has returned home and reunited with her parents and siblings. Her return home is not contingent on any financial and/or other considerations, her parents' attorney Angelo Sarno, said in a statement.

You can have the winningest case ever, but if there is no money to ba had, good luck getting a lawyer to represent you
Her parents are dumb. I would get her as far away as possible.
She has a plan to take her parents money.
BFFs daddy, whom she was living with
This whole situation with the lawyer and his paying her bills smelled fishy from the beginning. Did she move back home willingly or was it because the potential gravy train dried up, the wife of the attorney got feed up or did a “physical” bill become due for serves rendered?
Mom and Dad: If she tries it again give her the college money wave goodbye and send her out into the world where nobody gives a crap about her snooty arrogant attitude where she will learn to swin or sink all by herself.
The Army wouldn’t take her. Too unstable.
I wonder if the attorney’s wife told him that she didn’t like having another person in the house, especially with all the controversy it was causing, and maybe she told him that the little princess would have to move out, pronto!
For what?
Most Creative Lawsuit?...........
Seen that kind of female recruit in basic. WAY too much trouble. Winds up on profile wearing sneakers instead of boots, scary as h*** during weapons firing, and often gets someone with more rank than common sense in trouble.
OF course, the LAST thing on this little hellion’s mind is joining the military. Taking orders? Fuggedaboudit!
I can’t imagine any college taking her after all this publicity. She has already been accepted by a few colleges but those acceptance letters are contingent on a number of things, including subsequent behavior. Not unheard of for colleges to void the acceptance.
She saw the writing on the wall. Go find another place to live or go home.
The parent of her friend that paid for her suit and undermined this girls parental rights should be made public pariahs for the rest of their lives!!!
Unfathomable, sure honey let me get a lawyer to help you sue your parents for you being a brat. At the end of the day those people are the problem!
Watch out, dad.
Really
Speaking for myself she’d cross my threshold when hell froze, after THAT accusation.
2 farmers are talking over the fence about how one’s son had broken his dad's heart again getting into trouble. The neighbor said to the boys dad, “If he was my son I'd kick him out of the house.” The father thought for a moment and said, “You know, if he was your son I'd kick him out too.”
Hard for me to judge the parents without more information, but I'm thinking that the next time we hear of this girl she'll be making porn to pay for college.
She could use a proper spanking....
A real proper spanking.
Good idea. I find it disgusting how this person tried to extort money out of her parents - and the ugly disrespect she publicly showed towads her parens.
I worked in a facility where a 16 yr old boy, who was quite disturbed, made a false accusation of molestation against his father. He was encourated to do it by a female classmate in order to get more freedom and to be able to be on his own.
The charges were proven to be false but, the family was terrified of what else could happen if the boy came home. I am not sure what happened afterwards but they were never a normal family again.
She got what she wanted....free national advertising.
After the things she said about her parents and the embarrassment she brought to the family, her parents should have told her to go pound salt.
Two unrelated women in the same household will NEVER EVER work out for the better.
Maybe that’s what happens when the wrong head does the thinking and you can not see the forest for the trees.
Boy you would think that an attorney could figure that out all by himself unless there were other reasons for ignoring the obvious.
