Not everyone uses a gun in Texas. One man pulls out a sword to defend himself over the weekend in Katy. It happened at a home near The Grand Parkway and Kingsland Boulevard Saturday night when a womans estranged husband showed up at her home with her live in boyfriend.
According to the boyfriend, Eugene Thompson, the husband came after him and thats when Eugene ran into the bedroom closet and got his Legend of Zelda replica sword. Thompson told our t-v partner Local 2 that the sword was sharp and pointed.

Was the “boy friend” a muzzie and used his sword to defend himself?

A fair number of “non-Muzzies” just happen to have swords hanging all over the house.

I think I`d prefer a firearm but if push came to shove, I suppose my Damascus Katana would suffice.

Never said there weren’t guns everywhere, also.
And dogs.
Big, nasty dogs.

Yeah-- so the husband confronted the adulterous wife and boyfriend. Not that long ago he could have shot both of them dead.
But we used to take marriage somewhat more seriously.

Oh ya, speaking of big nasty dogs, I can’t believe that bluetick was so mean. I had a black and tan, but I’ve never seen a sweeter dog heh.
This story of a guy grabbing a legend of zelda sword just makes me sad. Who would waste money on a replica sword from a kid’s video game?

Yes, thank you for calling out the shack-up. It bothers me so much to see how even otherwise conservative individuals have accepted that kind of behavior.
