a 90-minute conversation Saturday, U.S. President Barack Obama expressed to Russian President Vladimir Putin "his deep concern over Russia's clear violation of Ukrainian sovereignty and territorial integrity, which is a breach of international law, including Russia's obligations under the U.N. Charter, and of its 1997 military basing agreement with Ukraine," according to a statement released by the White House.

"...President Obama made clear that Russia's continued violation of Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity would negatively impact Russia's standing in the international community."

According to an account of the conversation released by the Kremlin, Putin stressed "the presence of real dangers to the lives and health of Russians who are currently present in the Ukrainian territory." Putin said that Russia reserves the right to defend its interests and the Russian-speaking people who live there.

Absolutely Unintimidated V. Putin: So what you gonna do about it, Nancy? Send another brigade of aged homosexual former athletes to resolve the issue? Go ahead...take your best shot, Poofter-Boy."

90 minutes? Yeah, right. What reason would Putin have for even answering the phone? I concur. This phone call never happened.

The lives of Russian citizens and Russian speaking Ukrainians are in danger in a state with no clear lines of authority and no legitimate government.

Apart from the slip about "Russian citizens" in Ukraine, do you honestly feel they are under threat, in their predominantly-Russian areas? Are the Ukrainians sending in goon squads?

Now that he is a lame duck and not subject to popular rebuke, he has that “great flexibility” he promised Putin before the last election.

More like 89 minutes of Putin rolling his eyes while Hussein blathered and then begged, blathered and then begged. After all, how long does it take to say, “You really screwed the Pooch PutiePut. Missiles will be going off in 5 minutes.”?

A 90 minute call is really embarrassing unless Hussein is helping PutiePut plan the invasion.

Honestly, I would not be surprised if Obama turned out to be a real “Manchurian Candidate”. Do I think he really is that? No. However, his pitiful performance as President could be the result of sheer incompetence (more likely) or by design (tin foil hat land, but within the realm of possibility).

Notice how his rein is pulled tight which is hard on the horses mouth, plus the horse is by Texas standards a nag of the first order, then I see either a lead rope or a tie up rope, then the horse does not appear to be shod, finally Putin is holding one rein in one hand and the other in another. That is done in some places but almost never in Texas by experienced riders.

All things taken into consideration, this PIC suggests a dude ranch rent horse, being rode a few minutes to take pictures by an uncomfortable and awkward and inexperienced rider on a horse who probably has a sore back (double blankets)......no comment on the asshole with him....in tenny shoes!

Russia gave our POtuS dickweed an answer ...

His message was heard in Moscow, where the head of Russia's upper house of Parliament said Saturday that she planned to ask Putin to recall Russia's ambassador to the United States. Valentina Matvienko, chairwoman of the Federation Council, cited "the recent statements by the U.S. President threatening Russia."

Honestly, I would not be surprised if Obama turned out to be a real “Manchurian Candidate”.

I understand where you are coming from, but no. This is simply a dunderhead foisting upon us by an American hating Media, and elected by a lazy electorate who chose to base their decisions by what the lying Media tells them, and that decides to judge people by their skin color rather than their character.

I did say that was “tin foil land” thinking. I am 95% sure that Obama is just incompetent. The other 5% is purely speculative.

I missed the tin-foil comment. But even if you were 100% convinced this was the case - I could understand. A real Manchurian Candidate could not have been more destructive to our society and Nation than this Brokeback Mountain poser.
