BEIJING (AP) -- A group of knife-wielding men attacked a train station in southwestern China on Saturday, leaving at least 27 people dead and another 109 injured, the official Xinhua News Agency said, making it one of the deadliest attacks in China in recent years.

Just this week there was a story about the great increase in carjackings that is happening. Apparently the new key locks on cars make them impossible to steal, so they hijack the people.
That is a bit funny, because that is how it ALWAYS works. The problem IS criminals. Control criminals, you control crime. But no, there is always some inanimate object that can be fixed instead.
Make guns hard to get, people get killed with knives; make cars hard to steal, people get carjacked. It will always continue until the actual problem is focused on - criminals. And there will always be liberals ready to blame crime on objects, while trying their best to coddle their precious criminals.
