Agreed. But with so many under his belt it’s hard to pick a favorite.

Talented guy. He’ll be missed. RIP.
To: Fledermaus
Agreed.
But it was brilliant. And a little bit more cerebral than Caddyshack. But I love them both.

“Phil: I was in the Virgin Islands once. I met a girl. We ate lobster, drank piña coladas. At sunset, we made love like sea otters.
Phil: *That* was a pretty good day. Why couldn’t I get *that* day over, and over, and over...”
Who knows, maybe?

Paulette Goddard,
a red-headed goddess I found in the movie “Crystal Ball” on Netflix, is my wallpaper.

Wow! Did you choose your screen name 10 years ago for Ramis?

RIP. The ghosts must find this an ironic turn of events.
It’s a shame they didn’t get around to planning another GB movie until recently. Hell of a comedic writer, actor, and director and a fine son of Chi-town.
It sounds like he suffered a lot, I’m very sorry to hear that. Rare autoimmune disease that I’ve never heard called vasculitis. The body attacks it’s own blood vessels. Ghastly.

Ah, video game cutscenes can make decent little “movies”. I saw the cutscenes from a Star Trek game from the 90’s starring John DeLancie as Q, it was 10 times better than Star Trek V and would have been a decent episode of TNG.

I love that movie! When I was a kid, it was on Select TV (now THERE'S a blast from the past!). I watched it many times. Cool movie, and even cartoon nudity was a big deal for my adolescent sensibilities.

Wow! Did you choose your screen name 10 years ago for Ramis? Not really. Ghostbusters came out while I was in early high school. I was always into gadgets, computers, and tech in general, and was quickly dubbed "Egon" by my friends. The nickname stuck for the next decades, and I've used it as a handle on a variety of sites, groups, etc.

Cool! And how appropriate a tribute to the great Harold Ramis, regardless.

To tell you how OLD I am I saw Heavy Metal...at the drive-in theater.
With my dad.
Can't beat that soundtrack.
And all of the SCTV voices.
John Candy, Harold Ramis, Joe Flaherty, etc.
